⚖ Built for mass tort dockets

Your talc docket is ten years old.
How much of it can you still reach?

A settlement window opens and you have days, not months. The firms that move are the ones who already know which clients answer the phone. Upload your docket once and find out before the deadline exists.

Why it matters

Old numbers cost you twice.

The deadline arrives before the answer does

Participation windows in global settlements are measured in days. A firm working from a 2016 contact list burns that window discovering the list is stale. Knowing your reachable count in advance is the difference between filing on time and explaining why you did not.

A decade of numbers has moved

Carriers reassign millions of numbers a year. A claimant who signed in 2015 may have changed carriers four times since. Some of those numbers now belong to strangers who never consented to hear from you, and wrong-number claims are the most common TCPA exposure a firm faces.

One thing to know up front: the federal database holds disconnect records from January 2021 forward. If you submit a 2016 retainer date you will mostly get "no data" back. Submit the most recent date you are confident that number reached your client — a records authorization, a returned call, a fact sheet — and you get a real answer. We flag old dates before the scan runs so nothing surprises you.

Sponsors pay for placement on this page and nothing else. They receive no client data, no firm lists, and no say in who we work with. Our subscription pricing is what it is because we buy database queries at volume and pass the rate through — not because anyone subsidises it.
